With Arctic Sun VR's Winter STEM Camps, we offer a seamless blend of the enthralling world of Virtual Reality (VR) with enriching educational experiences. Tailored for kids aged 8-16, our camp promises a balanced adventure composed of approximately 50% educational pursuits and 50% VR fun and games.

Each day is a novel expedition! From stepping onto the moon to navigating the globe's natural wonders, your child will immerse themselves in a variety of activities spanning history, STEM, art, geography, and more.

We are thrilled to announce that we are an accredited vendor with several homeschooling organizations in the area. If your child is enrolled in one of these homeschool networks, you have the unique opportunity to apply the experiences and educational content of Educational Winter Camp towards coursework and credits.

Even better, many homeschool organizations may cover or reimburse the cost of the camp!

STEM VR Winter Camp Introduction & Overview

Arctic Sun VR Winter Camps are education made fun! Our educational winter camp is an exciting new camp experience that offers a unique immersive atmosphere that provides your kids with the ultimate amount of fun while still being educational!

This program was created with developers and educators to offer a great balance between virtual reality games, education and out of VR activities all while making learning a breeze. Your kids will be immersed in the subject of space and our solar system, history, biology, chemistry, science, virtual reality movie making, art and so much more. Lunch Provided Daily & Graduation on Friday

Each camper will receive a Subway boxed lunch on each day of camp.
Please notify us with any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Campers receive their graduation certificates, gift bags, and all of the work that they have created during the camp.

Parents are encouraged to attend!

If less than 4 guests are signed up for a camp session 1 week before the camp starts, campers will have the option of receiving a refund or being moved to a different camp session time.

VR Winter STEM Camp FAQs

  • The VR Winter STEM Camps are a slightly condensed variant of our Educational VR Summer Camp offerings, yet they retain the majority of the same content. Initially launched with homeschoolers in mind, the Winter Edu STEM Camps are open to all guests aged 8-16.

  • Arctic Sun VR usually schedules 1 week of each of the Educational STEM Winter Camps per month during winter months (October through March). These week-long camps are scheduled in sessions riunning back to back. Usually there will be week on and then the following week is week 2.

  • The Winter STEM Camps offered by Arctic Sun VR are 1-week camps. The Winter Camps run from 9-3pm Monday through Friday with drop off as early as 8:30 am and pick up between 2:30 and 3:30 PM.

  • While both winter camps adhere to the same daily schedule, commencing at the same time and having lunch and snack breaks concurrently, the camps and their content vary from week to week. Each camp day within a week revolves around a unique theme, and the themes differ between the first and second week of camp. In the past, several campers have opted to participate in both weeks of camp.
