The Experience:
Gather your group of 2-12 players, don your immersive haptic vests, and prepare for an unparalleled gaming experience in our spacious 400 square foot Free-Roam Arena at Hero Zone. Within this vast wireless VR space, you and your team—or adversaries—can move freely, diving into a selection of 7 dynamic mini-games, each lasting 12-15 minutes and accommodating 2-6 players at any given time.
Dead Ahead - In the throes of the zombie apocalypse your team will choose from 3 scenarios to make a final stand: Hospital, City, or Church. With only 30 seconds for preparations, arm yourselves and shore up defenses before the zombies strike. Survival depends on both maintaining your fortifications and your marksmanship, as each wave introduces quicker zombies and new weaponry. Teamwork and communication are critical. Can your squad withstand the growing menace and secure a top spot on the leaderboards?
Cybershock - In this fast-paced, futuristic shooter, your group is a squad of heroic digital warriors. Together, you're on a mission to destroy a virus that's infiltrated your system. With dynamic gameplay that keeps you on your toes, you'll dodge bullets, lasers, and firewalls. Arm yourself with dual-wielded laser guns and take on the enemy in a battle to reclaim your digital domain and top the leaderboards.
Arrowsong - A sacred tree is under siege by orcs, goblins, and a formidable dragon intent on its ruin. The Free-Roam Arena at Arctic Sun VR spans over 400 square feet. While the actual play space and arena matting occupy 400 square feet, the arena walls are positioned 6 inches beyond the matting, offering an additional buffer of space.

This varies from experience to experience. Most of the Free-Roam Arena games can host 2-6 players while some can only host up to 4 players.

Due to the precise tracking of the headsets worn by each player, individuals can see each other within the VR environment, preventing any collisions. This mechanism mirrors real-life interactions where we see others and naturally avoid bumping into them.

There are no wires or cables with the Arena Scale VR. The VR headsets used in the Free-Roam Arena are HTC Vive Focus 3 and they use wireless streaming over wifi 6e, giving guests a superior VR experience without all the restrictions from cables and tethers.

The arena walls are positioned 6 inches beyond the matting, creating a buffer to prevent you from running into walls. However, it's always advisable to move cautiously, especially when immersed in intense or fast-paced VR experiences.

We advise that guests be a minimum of 8 years old to participate in the Free-Roam Arena experiences. However, for the games "After the Fall" and "Arizona Sunshine LBVR" within the Free-Roam Arena, we recommend a minimum age of 13 years old for participation.
